They built The World, which is 300 private created islands, shaped like the countries of the globe. They are located four Km off the coast of Dubai in the United Arab Emirates. The cost of purchasing one of these prime pieces of real estate is ten million to 45 million. The owner may develop the island for their leisure, for commercial or tourist use.
Tokyo Disney Resort, in Japan has the same theme as Magic Kingdom in Florida and Disney Land in California. The island is 115 acres located in Bureaus, Chiba, Japan, near Tokyo. The four airports you would fly into to visit the area is on manmade islands.

Reef Island, formerly known as Lulu Island, is located off the coast of Al Manama in the Kingdom of Bahrain. The government is developing this Island, previously known as Lulu Island. This island will be the shape of the number nine. It will have residential homes and tourist attractions such as a mall, an aquarium, and multi-purpose exhibition and a wellness center.
